1. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To participate in the Casa Solen Creative Circle and earn Casa Credits, you must satisfy all of the following requirements:

• Age & Residency: You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in Australia. The Creative Circle is currently unavailable to international customers.
• Minimum Qualifying Purchase: You must have placed a direct retail order on casasolen.com.au with a total value of $100 AUD or more (excluding shipping costs). Wholesale, commercial, B2B partner orders, and promotional gifted/sample units are strictly excluded.
• One Claim Per Customer: Participation is strictly limited to one (1) approved Creative Circle submission per customer account lifetime. Orders placed using earned Casa Credits are ineligible for subsequent Creative Circle submissions.
• Delivered Products Only: Content must feature physical CASA SOLEN products integrated into your own lifestyle routine. Submissions featuring unfulfilled, cancelled, in-transit, or pre-ordered items that have not been delivered will be rejected.
• Registered Customer Account: You must have an active customer account registered on casasolen.com.au using the exact email address associated with your qualifying purchase.
• Timeframe: Content must be publicly posted on eligible social platforms within three (3) months of the delivery date of your qualifying order.

2. Reward Architecture & Earn Limits

Participants can earn up to a maximum total reward of $50 Casa Credit for their single eligible qualifying order. Rewards are calculated based on eligible primary content posted to Instagram, combined with secondary platform reposts:

3. Posting, Tagging & Compliance Guidelines

To qualify for Casa Credits and ensure compliance with Australian advertising frameworks (including ACCC regulations and AANA Code of Ethics guidelines), your content must adhere to strict posting parameters:

• Required Account Tagging: You must tag @shopcasasolen on the primary image/video or within the main caption.
• Mandatory Disclosure Hashtags: You must include both #Ad and #CasaSolenCreativeCircle within the first 3 lines of your post caption. Disclosures buried deep in captions, hidden in comments, or placed after "see more" expansion tags will result in submission rejection.
• Public Visibility: Your post must be published on a public social media profile and remain active at the time of form submission and verification.
• Ineligible Content Formats: Instagram Stories, temporary/disappearing posts, private account submissions, archive-restricted posts, or content on unverified third-party handles are strictly ineligible.

4. Verification & Submission Process

1. Submission Form: Once your content is live, complete the official verification form on casasolen.com.au (administered via Powerful Form Builder).
2. Form Details: You must accurately submit your full name, qualifying order number (minimum $100 AUD), registered account email, and direct public URLs to all primary and secondary social media posts.
3. Verification Timeframe: Our team verifies post accessibility, required tags, and account eligibility. Verification and credit processing may take up to 30 days from the date of form submission.
4. Approval & Notification: Upon successful verification, Casa Credits will be added directly to your registered CASA SOLEN account balance.

5. Casa Credit Terms, Expiry & Redemption

Casa Credits issued through the Creative Circle operate under strict financial and operational rules:

• Non-Cash Value: Casa Credits represent promotional store credit discounts. They have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts or individuals, and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash or currency, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
• 12-Month Expiration: Casa Credits issued under the Creative Circle are valid for 12 months from the exact date of issue. Unredeemed Casa Credits will automatically expire and be forfeited after 12 months. Extensions will not be granted.
• Redemption: Casa Credits can only be redeemed toward future online retail purchases placed on casasolen.com.au via your registered customer account. Credit balances are managed and applied securely through our integrated store credit system (administered via Koin).

6. Returns, Order Cancellations & Credit Adjustments

The relationship between earned rewards, store credits, and product returns is governed in direct coordination with Section 8 of our Terms of Service and Section 2 of our Returns & Exchanges Policy:

• Change-of-Mind Returns (Unredeemed Credits): If an order that earned Casa Credits is subsequently returned or cancelled for a change of mind, all unredeemed Casa Credits generated by that order will be immediately voided and revoked.
• Change-of-Mind Returns (Redeemed Credits Offset): If you earn Casa Credits from Order A, redeem those credits against Order B, and subsequently return Order A for a change-of-mind refund, the monetary value of the spent Casa Credits will be deducted from your final product refund balance for Order A.
• Australian Consumer Law Protection: In accordance with your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), if an item suffers a major fault, defect, or failure, statutory remedies (including full cash refunds) will be fulfilled without promotional deductions or credit clawbacks.

7. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Participation in the Casa Solen Creative Circle is designed to celebrate, recognise, and reward your personal creativity. We deeply appreciate the unique vision and individual style you bring when capturing CASA SOLEN pieces, and this program is our way of giving back to our community for bringing our products to life.

• Content Ownership Retained: Participants retain full ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights over all social media posts, photos, videos, and captions created for the Creative Circle.
• No Public Resharing or Commercial Licensing: CASA SOLEN does not download, store, permanently host, or feature participant content in paid advertising campaigns, email newsletters, or website marketing without seeking separate, explicit written permission from the content owner.
• Participant Responsibility: You represent and warrant that your posts do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, and that you maintain full personal responsibility for all content published on your individual social media profiles.

8. Data Privacy & Third-Party Processing

Personal information collected during your participation in the Creative Circle (including your name, email, order details, social media handles, and post URLs) is processed solely to verify campaign eligibility and administer rewards in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Third-Party Service Providers: Information submitted through our program is processed using third-party integrations, specifically Powerful Form Builder (for form collection and submission verification) and Koin (for store credit and account balance management).
• No External Display: CASA SOLEN does not publish or display your submitted post links or media assets across public website feeds or marketing channels.

9. Audit, Program Modifications & Termination

• Audit Rights & Fraud Prevention: CASA SOLEN reserves the right to inspect, audit, or verify the authenticity of any submission, order number, or social media link.
• Disqualification: CASA SOLEN reserves the right to reject submissions, forfeit earned credit balances, or terminate account participation without notice if we detect or suspect fraud, duplicate claims across multiple accounts, fake order numbers, engagement manipulation, or breach of these terms.
• Program Variations: CASA SOLEN reserves the right to modify, suspend, adjust reward rates, or terminate the Creative Circle program at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.

10. Governing Law & Support

These Creative Circle Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
