Casa Solen Creative Circle

The Creative Circle is our community‑driven rewards program that thanks you for sharing authentic content featuring your Casa Solen pieces. Post your real‑life product moments, submit your details, and earn up to $50 Casa Credit per eligible order.*

Terms & Conditions apply. Eligibility criteria must be met.

Anyone aged 18+, based in Australia, with:

• a verified Casa Solen order number ($100 AUD minimum),
• an active casasolen.com.au account using the same email as your purchase, and
• no previous Creative Circle submissions (limit of 1 submission per customer account).

You can participate once in total per customer account.

Even if you place new orders in the future or share multiple social media posts over time, participation is strictly limited to one single approved submission per customer account (up to a maximum of $50 Casa Credit). Once your account has been issued its credit, subsequent posts or orders will not be eligible for additional rewards.

This limit ensures a fair and accessible system that gives everyone in our community an equal opportunity to participate in the Casa Solen Creative Circle.

No. Your submission must feature the physical product, so your order must be delivered before you post.

Eligible platforms include:

Not eligible: Instagram Stories, temporary posts, private profiles, or content that cannot remain public for the full 30‑day verification window.

• Tag @shopcasasolen
• Include #Ad
• Include #CasaSolenCreativeCircle

These must appear in the first 3 lines of your caption.
Your post must remain public for at least 30 days.

Not at all. We reward participation, not production value.

• clearly showing your Casa Solen piece
• non‑offensive
• not AI‑generated

You can earn up to $50 Casa Credits.

Yes. Casa Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
They cannot be extended or redeemed for cash.

For standard change-of-mind returns, any Casa Credits issued
for that order will be voided. If you have already spent the credits on
a subsequent order, the equivalent credit value will be deducted from your
change-of-mind refund amount.

(Note: This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty or damaged items).

Not at this time. The Creative Circle is currently available only within Australia.

Submit your content via the Creative Circle form. Once verified, your Casa Credits will be applied to your account and you'll receive a confirmation email. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Yes, an active account is required.

To receive and redeem your Casa Credit, you must create an account at casasolen.com.au using the exact same email address tied to your qualifying purchase. Your credits are applied directly to your registered user profile so you can easily track and redeem your balance at checkout. Submitting with an unregistered email address or an alternative email will prevent us from issuing your reward.
