Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers or external factors are outside our control.

Please note: leather bags are made to order. Please allow 3–6 weeks for crafting, hand‑finishing, quality inspection and delivery.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days from dispatch, please contact us at hello@casasolen.com.au and we’ll assist you.

On the rare occasion an item is lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement.
