Gift Card Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the purchase, issue and use of Casa Solen gift cards and eGift cards (together, “gift cards”).
By purchasing or using a gift card, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.

- Redemption: Casa Solen Gift Cards are redeemable exclusively online at casasolen.com.au for eligible products.
- Activation: Gift Cards are pre-activated upon issue and ready for immediate use. No separate activation process or additional post-supply fees apply.
- Exclusions: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card or applied toward past purchases.
- Expiry: In compliance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), all Casa Solen Gift Cards are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase.
- Forfeiture: Any unused balance remaining on the Gift Card after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, extended, or reinstated.
- Multiple Transactions: The Gift Card balance can be used across multiple separate transactions until the full value has been spent or the card expires.
- Partial Payments: If your order total exceeds the available Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
- Non-Reloadable: Casa Solen Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, topped up, or recharged with additional funds.
- Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: Gift Cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, legal tender, or store credit, except where required by law.
- Please treat your Gift Card like cash. Casa Solen is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards, or unauthorised use resulting from compromised email accounts.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is correctly entered at checkout. Casa Solen cannot replace or reissue Gift Cards if they have been sent to an incorrect address (including email address) provided by the customer and subsequently redeemed by an unintended recipient.
- Purchases Made with a Gift Card: Items purchased using a Gift Card and subsequently returned in accordance with our Return Policy will be refunded back to a Casa Solen Gift Card or store credit.
- ACL Guarantees: Nothing in this policy limits, excludes, or modifies any statutory rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including Consumer Guarantees for faulty or damaged goods.
- We may vary these terms and conditions from time to time.
- Any variations will be effective upon the posting of the revised terms and conditions on our website.
- Your continued use of a gift card after the posting of the revised terms and conditions constitutes your agreement to the revised terms and conditions.
- These terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
- You unconditionally and irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the courts of appeal from them for determining any dispute concerning these terms.
